"Helped me dodge a sketchy profile"
I was chatting with someone online and part of me thought I was being paranoid, but another part of me couldn’t ignore that their story kept changing. I tried Social Catfish mostly out of curiosity, and yeah, it pulled up a few things that didn’t line up with what they’d told me.
i didn’t love finding out I was probably being lied to, but I’m really glad I checked before sending any money. It was simple to use, even though I still felt a little annoyed I had to use it in the first place. Overall, it saved me from what could’ve been a bad scam situation.

I tried Social Catfish and ended up asking for a refund, which was a bit embarrassing on my end. It wasn’t some huge argument or anything, but it did take a few back-and-forth messages and a little waiting before everything was sorted out. Support was polite enough, just not especially fast. I did get my money back in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but I wish the refund process had been a bit clearer from the start.

It worked okay for me and did find some of the profiles I was looking for. But it also missed a couple social accounts, so it wasn’t a complete result. Still useful, just not the perfect tool if you need every single profile.

They did get back to me and the reply was polite, but the slow response is what sticks with me right now since I had to send a follow-up first. Once they finally answered, the info made sense and cleared things up. It wasn’t a bad experience, just average overall.

"Worked out well for me"
I tried the email lookup not really expecting much, but it actually found what I needed quickly. I didn’t run into any major problems or anything. Kind of one of those tools where you think you’ll have to dig around forever, and then it just… works. So yeah, if your situation is similar to mine, I’d say it’s worth trying.
